Been using the Hello Healthy Femme Hormonal Balance tea for a few weeks now and it’s really made a difference. My brain fog has cleared up a lot. I feel more focused and not as spaced out during the day. The hot flushes, especially at night, have calmed down which has helped me sleep better.
