Returns & Refunds Policy – Hello Healthy Tea
At Hello Healthy Tea, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because our teas are hand-blended consumable products, we have some important guidelines around returns and refunds to ensure safety and quality.
Change of Mind
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used tea.
- If you change your mind, you may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Return together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellohealthytea@gmail.com
- We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
- Refunds are only processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are made back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot guarantee refunds for items lost in return transit.
No Guarantee of Results
Our teas are designed to support general wellbeing. However, every person is different, and results may vary.
- We do not offer money-back guarantees if a product does not achieve your desired result (e.g., symptom relief, weight loss, improved sleep, etc.).
- By purchasing, you acknowledge this and agree to use our teas as part of your own wellness journey.
