2. Orders & Payments

 

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be updated without notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

 

  • We ship Australia-wide (and internationally where available).
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, Hello Healthy Tea is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers.


4. Returns & Refunds


To protect the integrity, safety, and quality of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tea products.


  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for return or replacement.
  • Refund Conditions: Refunds are only issued once returned items are received and inspected. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
