📦 Shipping Policy (Hello Healthy Tea)
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are blended and packed fresh; during busy periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- We ship within Australia and to select international destinations.
- Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- International shipping times vary and may take 10–21 business days.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available).
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs processing, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or natural disasters).
Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is given, we cannot guarantee redelivery.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address or not collected), the customer may need to pay additional shipping to resend it.
International Shipping
Please note on international shipping: the recipient/customer will be liable for any occurring local duty, taxes and other import costs that may be charged by customs. For all International orders we use DHL delivery.
Lost/stolen packages
Hello Healthy Tea does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.
